   • include: photos measurements, finish styles (inspiration photos if you don’t have the words), & what fabrics you may be interested in or already have.
2. Design & Estimate Review
   • Threadful Things will review your estimate & possibly ask follow up questions for more clarity if anything is missing.
   • Give us 2-3 days to gather information on your estimate.
   • Confirm the details within your estimate. Once confirmed we will send a payment link for your deposit.
3. Fabric Selection
   • Bring in your own fabrics, or we can create a custom look-book for you based on your preferences & lifestyle with our trusted suppliers.
   • While you wait, feel free to explore our fabrics
4. Production
   • While lead times vary with fabric selection & custom curated look-books, particularly, shipping times & fabric selection can take up to 1-3 weeks.
   • Overall, you can expect your custom soft furnishings back in 2-6 weeks if supplies are on hand!
5. Pickup
   • Once your project is paid in full, finally your soft furnishing is ready for pickup!
